National History Day
National History Day (NHD) 是一家位于马里兰州大学公园市的非营利性教育组织。 NHD 提供为期一年的学术项目，每年吸引世界各地超过 50 万的中学生和高中生就感兴趣的历史主题开展原创研究项目。学生
在地方和附属机构级别参加这些项目，顶尖学生将晋级 6 月在马里兰大学学院公园分校举行的全国竞赛。

实习生职责：
实习生将协助 NHD 国家办公室工作人员进行全国竞赛的准备、管理和清理工作。这包括：

• 为学生、教师、评委和志愿者准备竞赛材料。
  • 例如，为 300 多名志愿者竞赛评委创建评委包并按字母顺序排列。
• 协助 NHD 执行董事 Cathy Gorn 制定并主持全国竞赛欢迎仪式。
• 在比赛周期间对马里兰大学的技术设备进行培训并协助排除故障。
• 在颁奖典礼期间支持 NHD 国家办公室工作人员。

○ This is a paid position – $18 per hour.

实习生要求

• New this year! You must be a current University of Maryland, College Park student.
• You must have completed at least two years toward your undergraduate degree.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Any major can apply.
• You must be able to start by May 26, 2026, and stay through June 26, 2026.
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with an hour for lunch)
  • Extended Hours: National Contest Week, Sunday, June 14 to Thursday, June 18, 2026
