College Park, MD – National History DayⓇ (NHD)and SKT (Skills, Knowledge, and Transformation) Education Group are pleased to announce an international collaboration on Hi World! Program

National History Day is the foremost educational nonprofit focused on historical research, interpretation, and creative expression for sixth through twelfth-grade students. By participating in NHD, students become writers, filmmakers, web designers, playwrights and artists as they create unique contemporary expressions of history. SKT Education Group, based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, is now offering an opportunity to bring a similar model to students in China. 

Hi World! Is a year-long Chinese educational program focused on historical research, interpretation and creative expression. Based in part on the successful National History Day program, Hi World! inspires students’ interest in local and global history, while developing necessary skills and aptitudes across all core academic subjects. 

SKT (Skills, Knowledge and Transformation) Education Group is the first certified B Corp (Benefit Corporation) in the Chinese education field. About National History Day® (NHD)

NHD is a non-profit organization based in College Park, Maryland, that seeks to improve the teaching and learning of history. The National History Day Contest was established in 1974 and currently engages more than half a million students every year in conducting original research on historical topics of interest. Students present their research as a documentary, exhibit, paper, performance, or website. Projects compete first at the local and affiliate levels, where the top entries are invited to the National Contest at the University of Maryland at College Park.
