As part of our Inclusive History Initiative supported by the Bezos Family Foundation, NHD, in partnership with with the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, is excited to offer a free teacher professional developments workshop for teachers in North Carolina.
Open to: Social Studies teachers, English/Language Arts teachers, Library Media Specialists and Special Educators who work in western North Carolina
Date: August 7-8, 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Location: NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources Western Office, 176 Riceville Road, Asheville, NC
The program is free, but registration is required. Registration will close on July 12, 2024 (or when available seats are full).
